Project info
Six documents about Cloud Console, each for a different reader: how the screens connect, the rules behind each control, the people who use it, a prototype to click through, the design system, and the manual for daily work. They are built from the console's real screens, on a local copy with made-up demo data.
UI and screen flowThe site map of every console page, what each button and link leads to, the decision points (sign-in, a create refused or accepted, an import previewed then applied), and each component's states.
Annotated screens (visual PRD)Real screens with numbered pins on their buttons and fields, a table giving each pin's rule, permission and API route, and user stories in Given / When / Then.
User journey mapThe people who use the console (a developer wiring an app, an operations admin, a read-only member, the owner), and each one's path from invitation to getting work done and handling a failure.
Clickable prototype and test scriptThe real screens, linked: click through the console as if it were running. With demo scenarios to walk through and the edge cases to try.
Style guide and design systemThe console's colours in light and dark, its type, spacing and shape, every component and icon, and how things move.
User manual and SOPHow to get in, find your way around and do the daily tasks step by step, and what each error message means and how to fix it.
